Welcome to ADIU. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

This website is operated by ADIU / Trueblue Supply Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ADIU.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability information. However, product colours, packaging and images may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings or website display.

Our ADIU BBQ Set is a single-use disposable charcoal BBQ product designed for outdoor use only. Please read and follow all instructions included with the product before use.

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, contact details and payment information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order if we believe there is an error, suspected fraud, stock issue, incorrect pricing, or misuse of our website.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order until payment has been received and the order has been processed.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update product prices, offers, discounts and shipping fees at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. We use secure third-party payment providers and do not store your full card details on our own systems.

We ship Australia-wide.

Standard shipping for single-set orders is charged at a fixed fee of $15.

Orders over $80 are eligible for free standard shipping.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service and external factors outside our control.

Free shipping excludes remote areas. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote WA, NT and regional locations.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are managed by the courier provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Due to the single-use nature of our disposable BBQ set, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the product packaging has been opened, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

If you open the package and find that the product cannot be used due to damage, such as a cracked rock grill body or broken fruitwood charcoal, please contact us with clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement set to be sent to you.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our BBQ set is designed for outdoor use only. Do not use the product indoors, in enclosed spaces, or in poorly ventilated areas.

You agree to use the product safely and in accordance with the instructions provided. Always keep the BBQ away from flammable materials, children and pets during use.

The product may become extremely hot during and after use. Always allow the BBQ to cool completely before handling, packing or disposal.

ADIU is not responsible for injury, loss or damage caused by incorrect use, unsafe handling, failure to follow instructions, or use of the product in unsuitable environments.

Our BBQ set is designed for single use. After use, follow the included instructions to extinguish the charcoal safely. Once the BBQ has completely cooled down, pack it up and dispose of it responsibly in the general waste bin, unless local waste regulations require otherwise.

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discounts or bundle deals. Promotional offers may be subject to specific terms, expiry dates or stock availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel promotions at any time.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, branding, layout and website materials, is owned by or licensed to ADIU.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our website content without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access to our website if we believe a user has breached these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
