How do I light the charcoal? Do I need to light every piece?

Our fruitwood charcoal can be easily lit with a regular lighter. You only need to light the charcoal pieces placed at the four corners of the grill. Make sure all charcoal pieces are closely connected, and the remaining charcoal will ignite automatically through heat transfer.

How powerful is the charcoal heat? How long does it burn?

Our fruitwood charcoal can reach temperatures of approximately 480–550°C and provides around 2 hours of continuous grilling time.

Is the grill disposable? How do I dispose of it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our BBQ grill is designed for single use. After grilling, follow the included instruction manual to extinguish the charcoal. Once the grill has completely cooled down, pack it up and dispose of it in the general waste bin.

Can I use it indoors?

Accepted Answer

For safety reasons, we strongly recommend using our BBQ grill outdoors only. Do not use it in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces. If used in a covered area, always ensure strong ventilation and keep it away from flammable materials. Never use the grill in a fully enclosed space.
